Robert Andrews was the founder and main web developer of Valley Web. Doing web design since 1985, he used to do web pages for American Express, Arizona State Department of Transportation, Department of Eduction, and Department of Environmental Quality.
Robert has (allegedly) semi-retired. As such, he is doing web pages for 501c(3) non-profit groups and for small business, that might not have the budget to hire a full-time web designer... nor do they need to!
Valley Web is now offering part-time web development services in increments as little as one hour per month.
